This past season, the NY Post's Lenn Robbins had Marquette losing to Florida in the National Title Game. Batting .500 isn't so bad.
As for MU, they played their best ball at UConn. The passing was excellent, Ousmane filled the lane, offensive boards gave us second shots. Then DJ's shooting slump started, and we struggled at season's end.
I hope DJ stays. He makes the team better. A #3 seed is rather high, but let's borrow my NY Mets slogan "ya gotta believe."
Bracketology garbage like this is the biggest waste of time. Next to the NFL draft, this is by far the second biggest waste of time devoted to an event that takes place on one day a year (selection Sunday).

This is ridiculous. Lunardi needs to go find a part time job or something.
ReplyDeleteLunardi actually works in the Office of Marketing and Communication at St. Joseph's University. This is just for fun
ReplyDeleteI don't think we will do better than this. So lets pack in the season before it starts.
