I was very skeptical of the Buzz hire, and I think I posted something here to that effect.

But - no matter what happens to the program after this year - the guy has proved me wrong. He's extremely passionate, he works hard, he's detail-oriented, and he cares about the players...as evidenced by his handling of the James injury.

We're lucky to have him.
