West Virginia sues the Big East to release them from the conference

The Big East bylaws state a 27 month waiting period before exiting from the Big East conference. Don't like the 27 month time period? No problem....lawyer up. That's exactly what WVU has done by suing the Big East conference today. Claiming that the Big East actions (or in actions) caused greater instability with the conference left WVU with no alternative but to grab another invite to a more stable conference.
